Acceptance of Terms

By using iaminline, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

Use of the Service

iaminline provides a virtual queuing service for estate sales and similar events. You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to impersonate others, submit false information, or interfere with other users.

Reservations

Reservations are non-transferable and valid only for the account holder. Holding a spot requires you to remain within the designated area. iaminline is not responsible for admission decisions made by individual sale organizers.

Location Requirements

To maintain your reservation, you must remain within the geofenced area designated for the sale. Leaving the area will result in a 60-second grace period, after which your spot may be forfeited.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@iaminline.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Disclaimers

iaminline is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability of spots, accuracy of sale information, or uninterrupted service. Estate sale details are provided by organizers and may change.

Limitation of Liability

iaminline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of a reservation spot due to technical issues.
